The Khejri Association was founded in 1995. The association is a charitable organisation promoting rural health in Rajasthan, India. Funds for the day to day running of the health centre are collected in various countries such as Germany, Netherlands, U.K. and other countries. In Bremen alone there are 200 regular donors and financial supporters of this association.
The following are the most important facilities acquired or donated to the Khejri Association:

- Transport - a Jeep
- a computer
- medical instruments, medicines, medical supplies - bandages
- In 1998 a new clinic was built to accomodate the steady increase in patient numbers
The Health Centre conducts a number of Special Programmes, for which we have received separate funding:
- Tuberculosis Treatment Programme
- School Health Programme
- Nutrition Programme
- Eye Care Programme
- Evening Clinic
- Reproductive Health Programme
- Jasper Fund for immunisation and medicines for children
